What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Our delivery charges are included with the quoted prices on the website.

This however applies only to customers located in our delivery areas.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We accept:

  1. Cash on delivery.
  2. Lipa na mpesa on delivery via our Till Number 5385759.
How long will delivery take?

Maximum of one hour depending on your location and the weather. Our delivery agent will call you before delivery for the exact time of delivery.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Your data on the website is encrypted with our secured SSL certificate.

This means that your information is kept private when it’s sent to this site.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Once you successfully place your order:

  1. An invoice will be sent to the email you put on the order form with the registration and login details to your account.
  2. A second email will also be sent to you with your order details. If you do not receive any of these emails, kindly check your spam box and mark our emails as not spam. We communicate with our customers via info@getalcoholdelivered.co.ke.
  3. We will call you upon receiving your order to confirm your order details, location and delivery information.

 

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Every successful order is followed by an invoice as proof of the order made.

The invoice will be sent to your email, it has a unique order number you will use a reference in case of any complaints.
