Maximum of one hour depending on your location and the weather. Our delivery agent will call you before delivery for the exact time of delivery.

Once you successfully place your order:
- An invoice will be sent to the email you put on the order form with the registration and login details to your account.
- A second email will also be sent to you with your order details. If you do not receive any of these emails, kindly check your spam box and mark our emails as not spam. We communicate with our customers via email@example.com.
- We will call you upon receiving your order to confirm your order details, location and delivery information.
Every successful order is followed by an invoice as proof of the order made.
The invoice will be sent to your email, it has a unique order number you will use a reference in case of any complaints.
